Service Level Agreements
A Single or Unlimited license entitles you to full support. All updates are free within the same major version. Subsequent major version releases will require an upgrade fee to be paid, although at a reduced price. There are no annual maintenance fees.
Support queries will be acknowledged within 24 hours. Resolutions will be determined within 48 hours of acknowledgement. Please note these timings are best effort estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
